We got welcomed and helped by Ariane! She was very polite and friendly. We needed my wedding ring resized and she went over and beyond by requesting it to be cleaned and polished on top of getting it resized. We also needed a watch resized and they usually wouldn’t do that for the kind of watch we brought but she made it happen. Overall a 10/10 visit and are highly grateful for Ariane!

My experience was of a 5 starts! I came in today just to do my regular inspection, and got out with a new wedding set lol Grecia was such an amazing lady, she told me about the specials they had going on and she didn’t hesitate about showing me all the sets I liked. She even tried them on for me. Made me and my husband feel like we were shopping with a good friend. This is the kind of sales person you need when buying something such important a special as a wedding ring. I highly recommend her, she’s knowledgeable, kind and extremely friendly. I’m definitely coming back to her for future purchases. Thank you Grecia!

Ms. Jacqueline helped us with a scratch on the band, along with resizing. Super helpful, extremely kind and very knowledgeable. She helped advise my fiancée and I on which size was best and walked us through the whole process for sending the ring out. Amazing customer service, I’m really thankful to have had her help. Also want to thank Uriel for helping me purchase the ring to begin with - he was with me every step of the way and made the purchase extremely easy. My fiancée said yes, loved the ring, and I’m thankful for Uriel helping me to make that happen. Great customer service all around!

I want to start by saying that the manager (Uriel) handled my situation very well, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and care he showed in resolving my concern. I originally came in to have my ring cleaned and inspected, but unfortunately the associate who assisted me did not clean or inspect my ring properly. This was disappointing, especially considering how important and sentimental the piece is to me. Once I brought the issue to the manager’s attention, he took the time to listen, acknowledged the mistake, and made sure the problem was corrected. His attention to detail and willingness to make things right made a big difference in my experience.
